A warranty period starts on the date of delivery of the products to the customer.
A product is defective when such a product has a defect in workmanship or material that causes the product not to be able to operate in accordance with the specifications provided by Olafus.
Contact service@olafuslife.com, for a Return of Merchandise. Olafus will not accept returned items without prior authorization.The buyer needs to return the package to the return address provided by us, otherwise, the return will not be processed.
*30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please contact customer service and provide the return tracking number once the return package was shipped out.
- Returns must include products and accessories
- Items must include the original packaging box
- The product is unopened, undamaged, and it has not been used
- For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
- Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements
Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after starting a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired during this 30-day window.
Please note-30-Day a money-back guarantee is not applicable on unpacked/used products. Please make sure the package is in good condition and will not affect the re-sale.
About Return/Replace
If you find that the product is ineffective, wrong items or missing parts after receiving the package, please contact customer service at service@olafuslife.com and provide the following information:
Buyer must provide 3 clear photos containing:
- Valid Proof of Purchase, including the order number, sales invoice, or order confirmation email.
- Outer package with SKU label and waybill information.
- Product quantity and defective product photos or videos.
Once confirmed, our support team will help to arrange a replacement for you. Please note that we will not be able to provide you with a replacement or refund if the information is incomplete.
*Note: Once the return/exchange/refund claims approve, please send out items within 7 days and offer your return tracking number immediately to service@olafuslife.com. Otherwise, the claims would be invalid.
About Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
We will make a refund on the original order or refund via PayPal within 1-7 working days
Olafus’s warranty does not apply to:
- Not able to provide valid proof of purchase
- Items that have expired their warranty period
- Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
- Free product
- Unauthorized modification/repair/dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals
- Non-quality related issues
- Items purchased from unauthorized resellers(Except for the Olafus official website and Amazon)
- Used for special applications other than normal consumer use
- Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, cold, liquids, or other external causes
- Misused/abused/damaged by accident/damaged due to acts of nature. (For example lightning strikes, tornadoes, hurricanes,s and such)
Shipping costs should be paid by the customer in the following situations:
- Returning products without any proven defect
- Buyer’s accidental returns
- Returning personal items
- Returning items claimed to have defects but found to be in proper functioning status by Olafus
- Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)
Olafus is not liable for:
- When returning items for non-quality issues, the buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. Olafus does not provide refunds for items.
